Phillip has fifteen years experience in working for large and small consulting and advisory firms. Prior to founding TalintIQ Phillip was based in Hong Kong as the Managing Director Asia for the global talent management advisory firm that successfully pioneered and established the one client per sector talent advisory model. To date there had been no like-for-like choice and in particular where a sector had "closed" by an organisation signing with the pioneer firm, its competitors had no alternative to consider. TalintIQ provides that alternative.
